Charles is a native of Wake Forest, NC and a veteran of the United States Navy. Charles is our early riser arriving every day at 5:30 AM to assist our service techs before leaving on their routes for the day. He also manages and spearheads the maintenance of our fleet of vehicles, making sure they are ready for each day. With over 500,000 miles driven annually, this is a large part of his duties. Charles has been an invaluable member of the team since 2019.
